Tsar Nicholas 11 of Russia, King George V of the United Kingdom and Kaiser Wilhelm 11 of Germany were cousins and had fairly surprising and good relations before The Great War here is a picture of Nicholas and Wilhelm wearing the military uniforms of each other country in 1905.
